Created in 2008 by father-daughter team, Mark Mitchell and Shannon Turner, Sandpiper was named after their very own family cottage on Savannah Street in Seaside, FL. Their homeowner perspective helped shape the company’s customer service driven culture that you see today. Family owned and operated, Sandpiper Vacation Rentals takes pride in pairing guests with the right cottage to suit their family vacation needs.
