Mark is a licensed real estate broker and agent in Florida specializing in vacation investment properties. A passionate investor himself, Mark enjoys learning about various markets and sharing his knowledge of how you can turn a vacation home into a lucrative asset. Mark’s passion for Gulf Coast real estate started over 30 years ago when he and his wife, Kathleen, bought a condo in Sandestin. Their portfolio grew from there and eventually brought them further down the beach to 30A. They now own a vacation rental on Savannah Street in Seaside called Sandpiper. Mark and his daughter, Shannon, built their vacation rental business around that very property. Sandpiper Vacation Rentals has helped many homeowners make the most of their investment, but it all starts with finding the right property first. In his spare time, Mark enjoys golfing, swimming, traveling, and spending time with his 5 grandchildren.
