30A 2025 Spring Break Curfew Announcement
Beachside Greetings!
We hope that you are looking forward to your stay on 30A.
As we welcome the Spring Break season, we want to take a moment to reiterate 30A’s stance on unaccompanied minors to maintain the family-friendly environment that makes this area such a cherished place.
In preparation for the upcoming season, there was a collaborative town hall meeting with neighboring communities, including Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, WaterColor, and Old Seagrove. These discussions also included the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, and representatives from short-term rental companies. Together, they established measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all visitors and locals.
As part of these efforts, they will enforce a 7:00 PM CST curfew for unaccompanied minors (18 and under) without parental supervision from March 1 through April 25.
Just like in years past there will be a controlled entry plan in Seaside for certain weeks out of this time frame. We kindly ask that parents and guardians accompany their children during their visit. While we understand the excitement of independence, 30A is best experienced as a family—exploring our beautiful beaches, enjoying our locally owned shops and restaurants, and making memories.

SEASIDE CONTROLLED ENTRY PLAN SPRING BREAK:
The residential area will implement a controlled entry plan for March 10 -14, 2025 and April 7 – 11. The limited access will start at 10:30 a.m. and end at 10:00 p.m. As part of this plan, all residential streets will be blocked from incoming traffic, and we will have three controlled entry and exit points. Pensacola Street, Savannah Street, and Seaside Avenue will be accessible for entry and exit for those staying in the residential area.
