Seaside Amenities

Seaside offers amenities that the entire family will enjoy!  From the famous “Air Stream Row” serving up treats and meals directly from popular food trucks, to sit down options like new addition, Black Bear Bread Company and beach front and nighttime favorite Bud and Alley’s.  Several shopping options will keep you entertained including the Seaside shop where you can purchase the popular SEASIDE t-shirts.

There are three swimming pools throughout the community. The largest pool is located at the corner of Odessa and Forest Streets and offers cabana-style lounging and food service May- August. The adult-only pool is on the east side of town at the end of Forest Street and is great for a quiet reprieve.  The second family pool is located between the playground and croquet courts and is open to all ages. This pool is covered throughout the year, so is open rain or shine.   All 3 pools are able to be heated in the off-season and offer towel service.  Sandpiper Vacation Rentals offers the optional amenity package that will give you access to all 3 pools and the fitness center.

The fitness center is located near the adult and covered pool and offers aerobic machines, weight machines and free weights.

Staying in Seaside will also grant you access to 6 Tennis Courts (separate fee for lessons), Playground, Croquet, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes, Sand Volleyball Courts, Basketball court and pickleball courts coming Spring of 2022.
